TENDER DESCRIPTION

European procurement procedure for the procurement of Externally conditioned storage of samples (as-a-service) for the RIVM. The procurement procedure aims to provide storage capacity so that the Collections maintained by the RIVM can be preserved under the conditions necessary for these Collections. The Agreement has a standard duration of 10 years; including any extensions, the maximum duration in total is 15 years. This lot includes storage, management and logistics services in which retrieval takes place at box or crate level (or a similar level). The destruction and removal of Samples in retrieval units is requested within Lot 1 as an optional service. Tenderers are not required to offer this service.
