TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the framework agreement is the support of the contracting authority in filling specialist and executive positions through external recruitment service providers. The service includes in particular: - the active search and identification of suitable candidates (especially through direct approach), - the qualified pre-selection and evaluation of candidates, - the structured and comprehensible presentation of suitable profiles, - as well as support throughout the entire selection process until successful appointment. The owed performance is the professional, timely, and verifiable provision of all commissioned search, selection and support services. The specific needs may concern different specialist areas, in particular: - technical functions (e.g. network operations, generation, electrical engineering, civil engineering), - commercial positions, - IT profiles, - as well as leadership functions in various professional fields Not part of the basic service are temporary employment, personnel consulting outside a specific vacancy, job advertisements with separate media costs, travel and accommodation costs of candidates, as well as aptitude tests.
