The subject of the framework agreement is the support of the contracting authority in filling specialist and managerial positions through external personnel recruitment service providers. The service includes, in particular: - the active search and identification of suitable candidates (especially through direct approach), - the qualified pre-selection and evaluation of candidates, - the structured and comprehensible presentation of suitable profiles, - as well as the support of the entire selection process up to successful placement. The owed service is the professional, timely and verifiable provision of all commissioned search, selection and accompanying services. The specific requirements may concern different specialist areas, in particular: - technical functions (e.g., network operation, generation, electrical engineering, civil engineering), - commercial positions, - IT profiles, - as well as leadership functions in various professional fields.
