TENDER DESCRIPTION
Kampnagel Kulturfabrik GmbH is one of the most important centers and one of the largest production houses for contemporary performing arts. Located in the Hamburg district of Winterhude, the state theater attracts around 180,000 visitors per season, who attend approximately 900 events. The subject of the contract includes the outsourcing of the technical services described in the performance specification for the relevant events. According to the needs expressed by the technical management, the contractor will provide Kampnagel from 2027 onwards with stage, sound, lighting, and video technicians as well as supervisors for setup and dismantling, rehearsals, and performances of the relevant events. The contract has a duration of two years and can be extended twice by one year each. During the contract period, renovation work will take place on the premises, causing the program to be adjusted accordingly. The measures and their consequences are described in the performance specification.
