TENDER DESCRIPTION
Kampnagel Kulturfabrik GmbH is one of the most important centers and one of the largest production houses for contemporary performing arts. Based in the Hamburg district of Winterhude, the state theater attracts around 180,000 visitors per season who attend approximately 900 events. The subject of the contract includes the outsourcing of the technical services described in the service description for the affected events. According to the needs expressed by the technical management, the contractor will provide Kampnagel from 2027 with stage, sound, lighting, and video technicians as well as supervisors for setup and dismantling, rehearsals, and performances of the respective events. The contract has a duration of two years and can be extended twice for one year each time. Renovation work will take place on the premises during the contract period, which will lead to corresponding adjustments of the program.
