External support in the SAP BI environment (SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Objects and SAP Analytics Cloud), conclusion of a framework agreement with up to three economic operators. The term of the framework agreement begins with the award of the contract and ends after 4 years. During this term, corresponding individual contracts may be concluded with the selected tenderers. The period of performance extends until the final completion of the individual contracts.
