TENDER DESCRIPTION

The German National Library (DNB) intends to award the external technical operation of its existing Camunda 8 workflow platform. The goal is to ensure the platform is provided as continuously as possible and operated securely, including the necessary infrastructure and associated software components. The contractor provides the hardware and software required for operation and undertakes their installation, configuration, operation, maintenance, and updating within the scope of the services and service parameters defined in this performance specification. The scope of services also includes the system components described in Section 3, as far as they are required for the proper operation of the Camunda 8 platform. This notably includes the components listed there such as Keycloak, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch, as well as the described services and administrative interfaces. Communication between the Camunda 8 platform and the systems of the DNB takes place via HTTPS using the interfaces and communication mechanisms provided by Camunda.
