TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns the expansion and modernization of several areas (green spaces, pedestrian alleys) in an advanced stage of degradation located in the center of the city of Siret and their transformation into functional zones (modernized green spaces and a parking lot). To achieve this objective, the following categories of works will be carried out: site organization; electrical connection; natural gas connection; park retaining wall; fencing; demolitions; architecture; outdoor lighting electrical installations. The description of the works is available in the Technical Project within the tender documentation. Duration in months: 48 months, including 12 months execution period and 36 months good performance warranty period.
