TENDER DESCRIPTION

These tender conditions apply to the implementation of Fyns Almennyttige Boligselskab (Fyn’s Charitable Housing Association), Unit 12, Mosegården, supported by Landsbyggefonden (The National Building Fund). The procurement is carried out as a restricted procurement with prior prequalification in accordance with Sections 58-60 of the Danish Public Procurement Act (udbudsloven). Thus, only the companies that are prequalified by the Contracting Authority will be invited to submit tenders. This invitation to submit tenders covers exclusively the construction and engineering works referred to in these tender conditions. Fyns Almennyttige Boligselskab is a charitable housing association subject to the legal basis and rules that apply to public housing organisations. The Contracting Authority draws attention to the fact that all project documents listed in the common document register are part of the tender material.
