TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this administrative contract is, according to the characteristics and conditions defined in the justifying memorandum for the contracting and in the specifications of the technical requirements, the manufacture and supply to the Catalan Agency for Cultural Heritage (Agencia Catalana del Patrimonio Cultural) of a new scientific vessel so that the tasks of inventorying, protection, conservation, study and dissemination of underwater archaeological heritage may be carried out by the Centre for Underwater Archaeology of Catalonia - Archaeology Museum of Catalonia. All processing related to the vessel’s flag registration is included within the scope of the contract, in Section 8ª, as well as all of the certificates and permits necessary for the vessel to navigate under the Spanish flag.
