TENDER DESCRIPTION

The production of hot mix asphalt shall be carried out using one or more plants located no more than 50 km from the City Hall in Le Mans. However, if the contractor has one or more other supplementary plants located more than 50 km from the City Hall in Le Mans, and a site is located at a distance less than the main plant, the buyer may collect the asphalt from the supplementary plant. The contractor must be able to supply hot-mix asphalt materials from 1 March to 30 November of each year. Estimated value: maximum 16,000 tonnes per period. The services shall be the subject of a single-award framework agreement with no minimum and with a maximum per period, carried out by issuing purchase orders, in accordance with the definition in Articles R2162-2, R2162-4 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
