TENDER DESCRIPTION

Hot mix asphalt production will be carried out using one or more asphalt plants located at most 50 km from the Town Hall of Le Mans. However, if the contractor has one or more other complementary plants located more than 50 km from the Town Hall of Le Mans, and a worksite is located at a distance less than the main plant, the contracting authority may collect the asphalt from the complementary plant. The contractor must be able to supply hot-mix asphalt materials from 1 March to 30 November of each year. Estimated value: maximum 16,000 tonnes per period The services will be subject to a single-award framework agreement without a minimum and with a maximum per period, executed by issuing purchase orders, in accordance with the definition of Articles R2162-2, R2162-4 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
