TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract is awarded for a duration from the date of notification until 22/03/2027 (the deadline by which the stand must be delivered to the Var department for storage in Flassans sur Issole). The start date mentioned in the notice is an approximate date. The Paris International Agricultural Show (SIA) will take place from 27 February to 7 March 2027. The stand must imperatively be delivered/finalized by 26 February 2027 at 12:00 noon at the latest. It must, after the exhibition, be dismantled, packed and the site cleaned within two days following the end of the show, and then delivered to the Var Department before the end of the contract. The estimated value of the contract (Total DPGF + BPU equivalent to DQE) amounts to 175,280 euros excluding VAT, i.e. 210,336 euros including VAT. It breaks down as follows: .
