TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the invitation to tender is the procurement of a specialised application for employment market enforcement, as well as the provision of the related services in connection with the conception, provision, commissioning, data migration and implementation of the solution. A standard software solution is sought that can be adapted, through configuration, to the professional needs of the contracting authority. The supplier provides the specialised application as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) for a fixed term of 5 years and, during this period, provides the operating and support services. From a functional perspective, the specialised application covers the professional case handling in employment market enforcement. In particular, it supports the processing of tasks in the enforcement units FlaM and BGSA as well as other tasks according to AIG and maps the entire lifecycle of a case from opening through processing to closure.
