TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject is the safety technical support of the Deutsches Museum in accordance with § 6 ASiG. The support covers a total of 539 employees (of which 461 are salaried employees and 78 civil servants). The services are generally provided in the buildings and premises of the client after prior appointment. A corresponding workplace including IT and communication facilities is offered by the client and can be used by the contractor. ● Munich – Museum Island: Main building with collection building, library and administration. ● Munich – Transport Centre: Three halls at Theresienhöhe. ● Oberschleißheim – Aviation Workshop: Historic workshop and modern exhibition hall. ● Garching, Ingolstadt and Kirchheim – Depots: Halls for storage and restoration. ● Erding – Central depot: A central depot with approx. 14,000 sqm of storage space plus 3,200 sqm of functional areas for exhibit delivery, digitization, conservation and restoration will be built in Erding-Aufhausen by approx. the end of 2028. ● Nuremberg – Future Museum: Exhibition areas and laboratories in Nuremberg’s old town. ● Bonn – Science Center: Exhibition areas and educational rooms in the Bad Godesberg district.
