TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject is the safety-technical supervision of the Deutsches Museum in accordance with § 6 ASiG. The supervision covers a total of 539 employees (of which 461 are salaried employees and 78 are civil servants). Services are generally provided in the buildings and premises of the client after prior appointment. A corresponding workplace including IT and communication facilities is offered by the client and can be used by the contractor. ● Munich – Museumsinsel: Main building with collections building, library and administration. ● Munich – Verkehrszentrum: Three halls at Theresienhöhe. ● Oberschleißheim – Flugwerft: Historic shipyard and modern exhibition hall. ● Garching, Ingolstadt and Kirchheim - Depots: Halls for storage and restoration. ● Erding – Central depot: In Erding-Aufhausen, a central depot with approx. 14,000 sqm of storage space plus 3,200 sqm of functional areas for exhibit delivery, digitization, conservation and restoration is being created by approx. the end of 2028. ● Nuremberg – Zukunftsmuseum: Exhibition spaces and laboratories in the old town of Nuremberg. ● Bonn – Science Center: Exhibition areas and educational rooms in the Bad Godesberg district.
