TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Medical Center for Health Bad Lippspringe GmbH (MZG Westfalen) is planning the energy refurbishment as well as additional structural measures of the facility Martinusquelle with thermal swimming pool and sports hall. Significant parts of the energy refurbishment project are already in planning as part of funded measures (ERDF). Further construction measures are now to follow. This concerns conversions in various building sections (e.g. conversion of therapy areas, offices, roof surface refurbishment) as well as remodeling of the main entrance. The Martinusquelle facility will remain fully operational throughout the entire renovation phase, and all patients will continue to be on site. The refurbishment will be carried out in sections. The building parts affected by the refurbishment will be vacated within the framework of project implementation and can then be renovated in one go. The subject of the requested services here are planning services for electrical (basic services according to HOAI, service phases 2-8, §§53 ff.
