TENDER DESCRIPTION

At the site of the Wilhelm-von-Oranien School (WvO) in Dillenburg, the 4-court sports hall (Nassau-Oranien Hall) was built in the 1980s on Mühlenstraße, at the corner of Hof-Feldbach-Straße. Due to its intensive use as a sports hall, among other things for more than 1,200 students of the WvO as well as for additional school and extracurricular uses (for example by surrounding clubs or civil protection), the sports hall has a fundamental and energy-related need for refurbishment. The refurbishment of the sports hall is intended to ensure child-appropriate physical education at the school location in Dillenburg. In addition, it is intended to continue to allow many clubs to use the hall outside school times in order to ensure that its sporting benefits are also maintained. The diversity of clubs, differentiated by sport and age, is an important social component for the city and beyond.
