TENDER DESCRIPTION

The project concerns the conversion and extension of the Henry-Miller-School in Brackenheim. The extension to the Henry-Miller-School was built in 1991 and, despite various renovation measures, no longer meets the current energy requirements. The City of Brackenheim therefore intends to plan and construct a new building and to carry out conversion measures in the existing building. The contract being tendered includes: New build: Specialist planning services for building services (heating/ventilation/sanitary § 55 HOAI) for plant groups 1/2/3 (§ 53 HOAI): - LPH 1-9 - Staged award: initially LPH 1 to 3 Conversion: Specialist planning services for building services (heating/ventilation/sanitary § 55 HOAI) for plant groups 1/2/3 (§ 53 HOAI): - LPH 1-9 - Staged award: initially LPH 1 to 3 As part of the planning process it will be decided whether and to what extent the trades are awarded individually or in combination (including modular or system construction).
