TENDER DESCRIPTION
Specialist Planning Medical Technology LP6-9 Specialist Planning Medical IT Planning LP 2-9 The procedure is conducted in accordance with § 17 VgV as a negotiated procedure with a call for competition to participate. It is divided into the following two stages: - Stage 1: Call for competition to participate - Stage 2: Negotiated procedure (consisting of the offer phase "First (indicative) offer" and the negotiation round "final offer") The provisions of Part 4 of the Act against Restraints of Competition (GWB) and the Procurement Regulation (VgV), each in the version valid at the start of the procedure, apply. The contracting authority expressly points out that any general terms and conditions of a bidder shall not become part of the contract.
