TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Leipzig Housing and Construction Company intends to award the services for technical equipment planning of building services groups 410, 420, 430 and 440 (sanitary, heating, ventilation and electrical) pursuant to §§ 53 et seq. HOAI for the renewal of building services systems as part of the complex refurbishment of the properties Günselstraße 9-17, Hartriegelstraße 1-13, Haselstraße 2-14 and Südblick 10-14 in 04329 Leipzig-Paunsdorf (Paunsdorf 11th construction phase).
