As part of the age-related renewal, the entire building services and traffic engineering equipment of the Bärenkeller tunnel will be brought up to the state of the art and the rooms will be restructured. Objective of the execution planning: continuation and deepening of the design planning as well as preparation of all plans and tender documents. Already provided / services to be further planned Lighting • Renewal of the tunnel lighting system (luminaires above the emergency walkway). • Planning of escape route marking luminaires. • Planning of an active guidance system. Switching / distribution room & building services engineering • Renewal of the building services systems in the operations building and in the distribution room at the north portal. Control and safety engineering • Video surveillance of the tunnel portals, the operations building and the PV free-field system. • Renewal of the emergency call columns including their own emergency call control centre.
