TENDER DESCRIPTION

New construction of an extension building with integrated triple sports hall for the Josef-Hofmiller-Gymnasium including demolition of existing buildings on the school premises - FP TA ELT LPH 1 - 9 The district of Freising intends to expand the Josef-Hofmiller-Gymnasium in Freising at the underlying school location. Due to increasing student numbers (forecast up to approx. 1,180–1,257 students by 2038), there is additional space demand, especially for classroom, specialist, and teacher areas. The existing school complex was built in several construction phases since 1960 and shows functional deficits, structural defects, as well as inadequate spatial organization. At the same time, there is a significant need for renovation of the existing buildings. The existing swimming and sports hall is structurally severely damaged and is no longer in use.
