TENDER DESCRIPTION

New construction of an extension building with integrated triple sports hall for the Josef-Hofmiller-Gymnasium including demolition of existing buildings on the school grounds - FP TA HLS LPH 1 - 9 The district of Freising intends to expand the Josef-Hofmiller-Gymnasium in Freising at the existing school location. Due to increasing student numbers (forecast up to approx. 1,180–1,257 students by 2038), additional space is needed, especially for classroom, specialist, and teacher areas. The existing school complex was constructed in several phases since 1960 and shows functional deficits, structural defects, and inadequate spatial organization. At the same time, there is a significant need for renovation of the existing buildings. The existing swimming and sports hall is structurally severely damaged and is no longer in use.
