TENDER DESCRIPTION

New construction of an extension building with integrated triple sports hall for the Josef-Hofmiller-Gymnasium including demolition of existing buildings on the school premises - FP TA HVAC LPH 1 - 9. The district of Freising intends to expand the Josef-Hofmiller-Gymnasium in Freising at the existing school location. Due to increasing student numbers (forecast up to approximately 1,180–1,257 students by 2038), there is additional space demand especially for classrooms, specialist and teacher areas. The existing school complex has been developed in several construction phases since 1960 and shows functional deficits, structural defects as well as inadequate spatial organization. At the same time, there is a significant need for renovation of the existing buildings. The existing swimming and sports hall is severely damaged and is no longer used. The measure includes the following essential project components: • Demolition of the existing swimming and sports hall as well as other partial areas • New construction of a school extension in combination with a sports hall including the scientific specialist rooms • Reorganization and qualification of the outdoor facilities and sports…
