TENDER DESCRIPTION

The west bank of Scheibe-See is to be put to tourist use. The City of Hoyerswerda, as project sponsor, will drive forward planning and construction measures for the tourist development at Scheibe-See on its own account, using additional funding. A large number of model simulations and plans are available for the survey area of Scheibe-See. The City of Hoyerswerda commissioned eta AG engineering to prepare the planning for “Improving the access to the west bank of Scheibe-See.” These were submitted with the draft planning documents dated 12.01.2024 and must continue to be taken into account. As a new landmark, a landmark – an approximately 34 m high observation tower – is to be erected. In addition, two functional buildings at Scheibe-See are planned (status: preliminary planning), which are to be implemented with the further planning. The approved development plan “Badestrand Westufer Scheibe-See”, 2nd amendment, applies to the planning area. The project is located in the Free State of Saxony, Bautzen district, approximately 4 km east of the City of Hoyerswerda.
