TENDER DESCRIPTION

The west bank of Scheibe-See is to be put to tourist use. The City of Hoyerswerda, as the project developer, will drive forward planning and construction measures for the tourist development at Scheibe-See on its own responsibility, using additional funding. For the investigation area of Scheibe-See, a large number of model studies and plans are available. The City of Hoyerswerda commissioned eta AG engineering to develop the plan for “improving the development/access to the west bank of Scheibe-See.” These were submitted with the present draft planning dated 12.01.2024 and must continue to be taken into account. As a new landmark, a landmark will be constructed—a viewing tower approx. 34 m high. In addition, two service buildings are planned at Scheibe-See, preliminary planning status, which are to be implemented with the further planning. The approved development plan “Badestrand Westufer Scheibe-See”, 2nd amendment, applies to the planning area.
