TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of services includes all basic services of the service profile specialised planning for technical building services (electrical and lighting engineering) for the creation of power supply and security systems, as well as information technology in accordance with § 55(1) HOAI. Together with the client, it will be analysed which systems must be renewed and which existing systems can continue to be used. Based on this analysis, the scope of the measures for renewal is derived. In explicit terms, only those systems of the technical building services are to be newly planned for which continued use of the existing systems is not possible. The aim of the measure is a power supply for the entire building, tailored in the practices to their needs, in particular for operating laboratory technology and medical devices; information technology including structured cabling for each practice; server rooms with UPS; a data network and a telephone connection for each practice.
