TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of services includes all basic services of the service profile Specialized planning for technical building services for the installation of high-current and safety systems, as well as information technology in accordance with § 55(1) HOAI. Together with the contracting authority, it is analysed which systems must be renewed and which existing systems can continue to be used. From this analysis, the scope of the renewal measures is derived. It is expressly intended to plan only such technical building services systems anew for which continued use of the existing systems is not possible. The objective of the measure is to provide power supply for the entire building, adapted in the practices to their needs in particular for the operation of laboratory equipment and medical devices; information technology including structured cabling for each practice; server rooms with UPS; a data network and a telephone connection for each practice.
