TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of services includes all basic services of the service profile Specialist planning for building services engineering for the creation of heating, ventilation and sanitary systems in accordance with § 55(1) HOAI. Together with the client, it is analysed which systems must be renewed and which existing systems can continue to be used. From this analysis, the scope of the measures for renewal is derived. Only such building services engineering systems are to be newly planned in explicit terms for which further use of the existing systems is not possible. The objective of the renewal for the heating systems in particular includes connection to the municipal district heating network or the implementation of a heat pump, as well as the implementation of individual room control and hydraulic balancing. The room air technology systems must of necessity supply the floors separately and be compatible with immunosuppressed patients. The storage, staff and laundry areas must be equipped with exhaust air systems.
