TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of services includes all basic services of the service profile “Specialist planning for building services engineering” for the installation of heating, ventilation and sanitary systems in accordance with § 55 para. 1 HOAI. Together with the client, it will be analysed which systems must be renewed and which existing systems can continue to be used. From this analysis, the scope of the renewal measures is derived. It is expressly intended that only such building services engineering systems are newly planned for which further use of the existing systems is not possible. The objective of the renewal includes, in particular for the heating systems, connecting to the municipal district heating network or implementing a heat pump, as well as implementing individual room control and hydraulic balancing. The room air technology systems must be required to supply the floors separately and be suitable for patients who are immunosuppressed. The storage, staff and laundry areas must be equipped with exhaust air systems.
