TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the professional services of technical building services planning (TA) for service phase 4 - of the HOAI. In addition, services from service phase 3 - of the HOAI are to be supplemented (see service description). Excluded are medical or laboratory technical systems. The contract will be awarded subject to the expected approval of the funding and the granting of the building permit. The contract will be awarded in stages analogous to the HOAI service phases with the intention of commissioning all services. There is no entitlement to further commissioning.
