TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement are the specialist planning services for building services (technical equipment) (TA) in service phase 4 - of the HOAI. In addition, services from service phase 3 - of the HOAI are to be supplemented (see service description). Excluded are medical or laboratory technical installations. The contract award is subject to the expected release of the funding and the issuance of the building permit. The contract award is carried out in stages analogously to the HOAI service phases with the intention of awarding all services. No right to further assignment exists.
