TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the tenders is the required (specialist) planning services for the technical equipment of the newly constructed and renovated buildings including additional planning services (such as planning for maintenance services). The tendered services are to be provided, among others, for the following buildings: - main factory hall for system and assembly repairs as well as logistics and service areas (such as goods receipt, spare parts warehouse) - factory hall for, among other things, turret repairs - multifunction building for, among others, incoming inspection, track repairs and final testing - fuel station - system car wash - joinery/upholstery shop - engine test bench - hall for support areas - administrative building (for administrative work) The planning services to be provided include - basic services and special services according to § 55 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 15 to §§ 55 paragraph 3, 56 paragraph 3 HOAI for all plant groups listed in § 53 paragraph 2 HOAI - planning services for technical fire protection - planning services for technical noise protection - planning services for maintenance services
