TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the tenders is the required (specialist) planning services for the technical equipment of the newly to be constructed and renovated buildings including additional planning services (such as planning for maintenance services). The tendered services are to be provided inter alia for the following buildings: - main production hall for system and module repairs as well as logistics and service areas (such as goods receipt, spare parts storage) - production hall for, among others, turret repairs - multifunctional building for, among others, incoming inspection, track repairs and outgoing testing - filling station - system wash facility - joinery/upholstery workshop - engine test bench - hall for support areas - administrative building (for administrative tasks) The planning services to be provided include - basic and special services according to § 55 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15 to §§ 55 para. 3, 56 para. 3 HOAI for all plant groups listed in § 53 para. 2 HOAI - planning services for technical fire protection - planning services for technical noise protection - planning services for maintenance services The subject of the tenders is the required (specialist)…
