TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the new build of the speech therapy school, we are looking for a specialized planner for the procurement of school equipment. Specialized planning services to be provided: - Review of existing documents - Preparation of a room register (priced) - Preparation of concept and execution plans - Definition of interfaces with other trades, close coordination with the architect and other specialized planning (electrical, building services/heat, building physics, etc.) - Color coordination with the site-side concept - Implementation of the requirements for acoustics as well as the county’s sustainability guideline - Preparation of the specifications and other forms for the tender documents - Participation in the award process (bidder questions, clarification of offers, award recommendation, documentation), - Site supervision, review of installation plans, monitoring the execution for compliance with contracts/execution documents, carrying out acceptance, determining defects, invoice review, cost control, monitoring the remediation of defects
