For the new build of the Speech Therapy School, we are looking for a specialist planner for the procurement of school equipment. Specialist planning services to be provided: - Review of existing documents - Preparation of a room schedule (priced) - Preparation of concept design and execution plans - Determination of interfaces with other trades, close coordination with the architect and other specialist planning (electrical, HLS, building physics, etc.) - Colour coordination with the site-side concept - Implementation of the requirements for acoustics as well as the district’s sustainability guidelines - Preparation of the specification of services and other forms for the tender documents - Participation in award procedures (bidder questions, clarification of offers, award recommendation, documentation), - Site supervision, review of installation plans, monitoring of execution for compliance with contracts/execution documents, performance of acceptance, identification of defects, invoice review, cost control, monitoring of the rectification of defects For the new build of the Speech Therapy School, we are looking for a specialist planner for the procurement of school…
