TENDER DESCRIPTION

Caretaker services: The contractor shall deploy caretaker staff for minor maintenance work. The technical work equipment and tools required for this are provided by the contractor, unless otherwise specified. The contractor shall provide, during the heating period (from 01 October to 30 April), telephone standby duty for the support service and for the management of the facility. In addition, the contractor shall assume the duty of ensuring traffic safety on the site and in the facilities and shall, by means of suitable measures, ensure that sources of danger are removed promptly. Objectives of the services provided by building services (facilities engineering) - short term: monitoring of order and of the proper overall condition - medium term: improving energy efficiency - long term: maintaining the value of the facility and the rooms. Winter service: If required, the winter service shall be performed by the contractor. The contractor documents all of its activities and assignments to the extent customary in the industry.
