Caretaker/maintenance staff: The contract awarder provides caretaker staff for minor maintenance work. The technical work equipment and working materials required for this are provided by the contracting authority, unless otherwise stipulated. During the heating season (from 01 October to 30 April), the contractor provides telephone standby availability for the care service and the management of the facility. In addition, the contractor assumes the duty to ensure traffic safety on the site and in the buildings and, through suitable measures, ensures that sources of danger are eliminated at short notice.
