TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the cultural properties centrally managed by BIM GmbH, holistic technical operational management services are tendered for Lot 1. The lot comprises 25 properties as well as 2 unknown option properties with a total area of approx. 233,198 m² GFA. The contractor (AN) provides operational management services in facility management, in particular property management, technical services and defect claims management, as well as services of technical building management, including property operation, maintenance, tree inspection and other operational services. Due to their different types of use, sizes, technical equipment and specific requirements, the properties to be managed form a demanding and heterogeneous portfolio. Ongoing management therefore requires a professional approach to complex structural and technical conditions. Within the scope of property management, the contractor (AN) also assumes the coordination and control of relevant technical and infrastructural services. As a central interface between client and users, the contractor ensures proper service delivery and acts as the responsible contact person for all property-related matters.
