For the culture properties centrally managed by BIM GmbH, comprehensive technical operational management services are tendered for Lot 3. The lot comprises 4 properties and 2 unknown option properties with a total area of approximately 102,723 m² GFA. The contractor (AN) provides operational management services in facility management, in particular property management, technical service, and defect claims management, as well as technical building management services including property operation, maintenance, tree inspection, and other operational services. The properties to be managed have increased demands on management and ongoing operation due to their structural, technical, and usage-specific characteristics. Within the scope of property management, the AN also assumes the coordination and control of relevant technical and infrastructural services. As the central interface between the client and users, the AN ensures proper service delivery and acts as the responsible contact person for all property-related matters.
