TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the invitation to tender is the provision of catering and catering/meal supply services at the contracting authority’s administrative locations. The services are provided in particular in canteens, cooking and serving kitchens, conference and event areas, as well as in tea and coffee kitchens, including the equipment used there and fully automatic coffee machines. The scope of services includes in particular the provision of mid-morning and breakfast supply, the daily lunch supply, as well as the conference and event service. Included are the procurement, ordering and receipt of goods, the preparation, provision and serving of food and beverages, the cash handling, the operation/management of the tea and coffee kitchens including the fully automatic coffee machines, the cleaning of the areas and equipment used, as well as the recording and settlement/accounting of the material and external service costs. Depending on local conditions, the lunch supply is provided via an existing cooking kitchen or via a serving kitchen, with the involvement of a local catering company.
