TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the invitation to tender is the provision of catering and food supply services at the contracting authority’s administrative locations. The services are carried out in particular in canteens, cooking and serving kitchens, conference and event areas, as well as in tea and coffee kitchens including the equipment used there and fully automatic coffee machines. The scope of services includes in particular the provision of mid-morning and breakfast, the daily provision of lunch as well as the conference and event service. Included are the procurement, ordering and acceptance of goods, the preparation, provision and serving of food and beverages, cash handling, operation of the tea and coffee kitchens including the fully automatic coffee machines, cleaning of the areas and equipment used, as well as the recording and invoicing of material and third-party service costs. Depending on the local conditions, lunch provision is carried out via an existing cooking kitchen or a serving kitchen, with involvement of a local catering company.
