TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender is for the provision of integrated Facility Management services, encompassing cleaning, guarding (security), and technical maintenance, at the industrial building complex of ODAP located at 260 Piraeus Street, which houses workshops for exact replicas, a model/sculpture library, and warehouses. The scope includes comprehensive cleaning of all interior and exterior areas, waste management, and pest control; guarding services at the building entrance, fixed internal points, internal patrols, and CCTV monitoring; and preventive, regular, and corrective maintenance for all electromechanical and building installations, excluding network infrastructure, furniture, and office equipment. Key technical requirements include specialized personnel in Hydraulics, Electricians (including a Chief Electrician with 5 years of A' specialization), General Duties/Foreman, and Refrigeration Technicians, alongside specific cleaning equipment and maintenance for systems such as HVAC, MV/LV substations, UPS, generators, fire protection, MRL elevators, and BEMS. TENDER BRIEF
The total duration of the contract is set for two (2) years from the date of its signing.
