TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of the project includes all necessary services for technical support, operational monitoring, maintenance, cleaning, handling requests and malfunctions/failures, keeping records and submitting reports, so that the premises of the former Royal Estate of Tatoi that are made available to the public remain clean, safe with respect to their operation, technically available and compatible with the Estate’s monumental and museum character. The purpose of the project is the establishment of a single Facilities Management (Facility Management) mechanism, which will cover the Estate’s operational period for a time horizon of three years. A detailed description of the physical and financial scope of the contract is provided in ANNEX I of the Tender Dossier/Notice (Disκήρυξη).
