TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the invitation to tender is the provision of a transport service for persons with disabilities. The basis for this is the directive for the transport service for persons with disabilities in the Saalekreis district, adopted by the district council (resolution no. 223-24/18). The fees to be paid by the district to the service providers are governed by the currently applicable regulation on transport fares and conditions for companies in the taxi industry in the Saalekreis district (Taxi tariff regulation). It is intended to conclude an agreement for the provision of the transport service for persons with disabilities with all applicants who have demonstrated the specialist knowledge, capability and reliability (eligibility) required for the performance of the contract to be awarded and who accept the execution conditions of the tender documents. In the specific individual case, the selection of the service provider is then carried out by the persons entitled to participate (service recipients).
