The compatibility of work and private life is highly valued at Straßen.NRW. Family-friendly personnel policies are particularly important against the background of demographic change. Straßen.NRW supports its employees with a variety of measures to reconcile work and family and is constantly working to increase its attractiveness as an employer. A significant contribution to increasing family-friendliness and relieving employees is to be made through support by a "family service". Family-supportive and family-oriented personnel development aims to create framework conditions that enable employees to reconcile work and family. This applies to the care of children and of relatives requiring care. Employees can also use the counseling for their own care issues. The objective is a contract for the consultation of employees and for offers regarding the actual care of the employees and their relatives in these two areas with external service providers.
