Services include work on existing structures, with the following partial services: Dismantling and disposal of attached components on the façade: lightning protection approx. 117 m, awning approx. 30 m. Demolition of existing plaster on the external wall: approx. 125 m2. Protective covering of windows, doors, cornices, natural stone base plinths, gutters: approx. 1,000 m2. Inspection of the existing façade with damage mapping, cleaning of the existing façade: approx. 2,000 m2. Repairs to plaster and additions in small areas: total approx. 180 m2. ETICS approx. 18 m² Façade coating with silicate paint: approx. 2,000 m2. Building work on existing structures under cramped site conditions.
