Demolition of existing render on the exterior wall: approx. 125 m2. Protective covering of windows, doors, cornices, natural stone plinth, gutters: approx. 1,000 m2. Inspection of the existing facade with defect mapping, cleaning of the existing facade: approx. 2,000 m2. Minor patching and additions to render on small areas: total approx. 180 m2.
