TENDER DESCRIPTION

By “property emergency service” is meant that the contractor, outside normal working hours, shall rectify acute defects that arise in the properties in a fast, efficient and cost-effective manner. The purpose of a rapid rectification is to avoid more extensive damage and to remove the risk of consequential damage to our properties, and to maintain a high level of service for our tenants. Examples of acute defects that the property emergency service should be able to handle are: turning off leaking water, suctioning water, replacing fuses, lending out household appliances, restarting pumps and fans, removing laundry items from common washing and drying machines, decontaminating contamination in common areas, clearing blockages in sink traps and WC bowls, covering broken window panes and the like.
